Eldridge Cleaver Ormes is a Vietnam Vet who was exposed unknowingly to VX73. Ormes returned home from the war and joined the Broz. Grimm Vigilante Motor Club, earning the street name"HellYeah!" After numerous run ins with law enforcement and arrests, he found himself on parole. As a condition for his release, He was recruited by renegade judge to help enforce laws "off the books."
Hellyeah! had increased strength, endurance and healing abilities. He as advanced guerilla warfare training and is proficient in military styled combat operations. HellYeah! is a formidable bare-knuckled fighter.
